Christmas Magic

Prologue


Christmas-one of the most wonderful times of the year! People are friendlier and nicer, shopping for beautiful and fun gifts for families and friends, houses decorated with fantastic Christmas decorations, magical creatures comes out (Jack Frost, Frosty the Snowman, and more), and the Christmas tree decorated with wonderful things such as ornaments, small reefs, lights and more! However, the MAJOR thing that makes Christmas so magical is the famous-Santa Claus!

Santa Claus has the busiest job of them all-delivering presents to all good boys and girls, sailing in the skies with his sleight and the help of this nine reindeers (Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph) and loves to eat the milk and cookies.

But I bet you are all wondering why I'm rambling about this stuff of Christmas that you all OBVIOUSLY know about. Well, Santa Claus always checks his list twice before using Rudolph's red bulb to shine the way; however, Rudolph has caught a terrible cold…causing his bulb not to shine. Without Rudolph's bulb, how would Santa get through the cold fog this winter…this was surely a panic!

"Santa, without Rudolph, we won't be able to get through that fog on Christmas night!" Donner said, "And Christmas is only 3 days away!" "We could replace Rudolph temporarily." Santa said. "Yeah right! Who's light is bright enough to see through fog?" Vixen asked, "We're doomed! Christmas might as well be cancelled!" "No! I refuse to cancel Christmas," Santa said, "There must be a way!" "Mr. Claus," an elf said, "You might need to change your Christmas list…a certain male is being naughty." "Who could be being naughty?" Santa asked, "Show me."

The elf pulled a switch as a mystic globe appeared (for those of you who seen Fred Claus knows what Mystic Globe I'm talking about)-this globe showed every single part of the planet and how each person was behaving. Unfortunately, the globe led to a little planet called Mobius-and there was a certain Mobian that wasn't on his best behavior.

{In the globe: "I love Christmas!" Amy said as she hung up some more decorations in Vanilla's place, "It's so romantic and wonderful!" "I hope Santa will like the cookies me and my mom will make." Cream said. "I'm sure he will love them honey." Rouge winked. "Maybe if I'm lucky," Cream said, "I might see him." "Don't waste your time." Sonic mumbled. "What's that supposed to mean?" Knuckles asked. "Oh come on! Are you all THAT stupid?!" Sonic asked, "Santa is a big…fat…FAKE!" "Y-You're lying!" Charmy and Cream said. "Hate to break it to you, but I'm not lying," Sonic said, "All of you have been tricked and fooled! Santa doesn't exist! He's just a big, made-up fairy tale that all grown-ups would tell you to make you feel all warm inside." "NO!" Cream cried as she ran into her room with her mother following right behind her. "Meanie!" Charmy cried as he flew into another room with Espio following behind him. "Way to go faker," Shadow said, "You broke two kids' innocent dreams and beliefs for Christmas!" "She'll get over it." Sonic shrugged. "Just because you don't believe in Santa doesn't mean you can ruin it fro everyone else!" Dusk growled. "Hey! Don't get angry at me! We all know he isn't real right?" Sonic asked as he saw belief's in his friends' eyes, "Oh you got to be kidding me! You believe in this lie too?!" "Yes we do Scrooge." Rouge said irritated. "Scrooge?" Sonic asked confused. "Face it Sonic," Vector said, "Ever since you came here you've been acting like a total jerk!" "Didn't you believe in Santa Claus?" Dusk asked. "Santa Claus is a lie," Sonic said lowly, "The only thing I ever gotten from him was a lump of coal when I was 3 years old…ever since I stopped believing in that fake!" "If you are going to keep spoiling the kids Christmas, then you can just leave!" Rouge said. "Gladly." Sonic said as he left the house and slammed the door shut.}

"I can't believe it," Santa said, "Sonic used to be a good little hedgehog…now he's going on the naughty list?" "How sad it is, it's true." The elf said. "Hmm…that just gives and idea." Santa said.

With the wave of his magical mitts, a special winter glowing snowflake formed as it drifted out of the North Pole-it flew the highest winds and the darkest nights until it finally reached the planet Mobius. There the snowflake took its chance and flew into Sonic's mouth as he let out a yawn-and as soon as the hedgehog swallowed, the snowflake began to work its magic. What magic you ask? Well let's say that when the blue blur sighed and walked back in the house, his friends' angry faces turned into confusion as they saw something on Sonic that they NEVER expected to see.
